One of the United States' largest law enforcement agencies was still using a legacy mainframe system to manage financial transactions. Although new software had been implemented, there was a need for a central CMS that integrated everything to simplify access for the user.
At first glance of the legacy interface - it totally reminded me of the games we used to play on Macs in middle school.
We mapped out the processes of all affected systems and gathered visual samples. The new user interface had to be modern but familiar to the wide range of stakeholders.

Expand Item - Click the plus sign in the main database section to expand the item to reveal multiple entries under that voucher/deposit/case.
