Support Center Redesign

During client training sessions, I noticed that many users were having issues accessing help articles or contacting us. After seeing the codebase for myself and gathering feedback from the team, I took the initiative to modernize the support center.

Mobile

One of the main requirements of this project was to allow users to access the content on a mobile device. Each page was developed to be responsive and viewable on smartphones and tablets.

    Issues with legacy site:
  • clutter - user had too many options
  • page was fixed and not fitted to display
  • items too small - users needed to zoom in to navigate page
